YOU MAY BE WONDERING ABOUT THE BULLDOG THEME…

You may be wondering about the Bulldog theme. To explain, we’d like to share with you the story of a very special being – a little Bulldog named Bailey, who made us believe in fate. Bailey came to us at a very tough time in our lives. Our family had been hit by a run of bad luck and we were battling to see the glass as half full. Then, one day, my wonderfully upbeat sister called to tell us about her new English Bulldog puppy and by the end of the conversation I had committed to getting one too.

On the long trip to fetch our new family member, we decided we would call her Bailey Pixie Jones. Little did we know that our new fur-baby would bring us such joy, filling our days with snuggles and kisses and bringing sunshine back into our lives. Sadly this incredible light was to be short-lived.

Our little Bailey’s life may not have been a long one, but it was one that had a huge impact. We now have a daily tradition to ‘knock on wood’, which is what we call it when we knock on her little box of ashes to remind ourselves of the special dog who changed our lives. Shortly after we lost Bailey, the opportunity to open a live entertainment venue presented itself and we decided to use what we had learned and dive into this new venture with a glass-half-full attitude. We hope to give everyone who visits a little taste of the light and joy that Bailey brought us. So there you have it – welcome to Bailey’s!
